Workshop Liqueur Making

At one of Amsterdam’s hidden pearls of the city you will have the possibility to make your own liqueur. This is a restored distillery & tasting room that has been founded in 1679. Today, three centuries later, the distillery contains an extraordinary collection of antique bottles in premises still furnished in the style of the seventeenth century. The distillery is located in the city center of Amsterdam just behind Dam square.

Together with the experienced distiller you will be making your own liqueur. After the explanation about ingredients and the distillation process you will be tasting several liqueurs to taste the difference. The recipe of the liqueur you like the most is chosen as the base of your own liqueur. You will choose from many esprits and tinctures, such as a hint of cinnamon or vanilla. You are the one to choose. After an hour of tasting and trying you will have your own creation.

Of course, afterwords you can bring your own made bottle of liqueur with personal label back home with you.

A great workshop for groups, perfect for teambuilding or just for fun. Taste each others liqueur and exchange ideas to get to that perfect drink.
